EA is banning accounts that follow their rules and terms. With no explanation!?

I have now been banned for 2 weeks for no reason at all. It is an absolute disgrace, and I agree we need a new company that cares about its players and community. The fact that there is no accountability, and no response to why is the worst part. There is no way to talk to a real person which is a joke. I will never be purchasing another Madden game and I hope everyone that got wrongfully banned does the same. Wake up EA Sports. Sincerely, Dissatisfied 

My son and I also got banned.  We bought there packs and then sold the cards on the app and auction house to afford the over 1 million coin cards we needed for our theme team.  We didn't use any cheating.  They just up and banned us with no warning.  What's the point of playing the MUT now. My guess is there strategy is to get us out of the auction house to spend more real money on packs cause that's the only way we can obtain the cards.

  It's such a joke there's a trade block in the game that you can't use also.  I'm happy they banned us now we can play better games. Everything people have told me about EA is true.   Back in the day EA did have online tech support but now there so bad and don't care it's better they ignore you and just move on to the next disgruntled customer.

All you can do @5x26 is appeal using the steps above.

Any update on your status? Im banned rn too

Yeah I'm banned after what they call a thorough investigation. They can't release or tell me the specifics just say that I made a purchuse in the Auction House that created an unfair playing experience for other players.  I live with roomates and 5 if us have Madden or had it.  At times a roommate would place a card up for 1 million and another 2 million. One of us probably unknowingly purchased a card on the Auction House which would trigger our ip buying a card from a friend.  

They alt give warnings and they flat out ban cause if you're "Helping out a pay or friend" that is cheating and against there TOS. Your pal or friend needs to spend money just like you they should not get good deals on cards. They should make everyone register as friends or pals so you know that your card is being purchased by a friend. That could get you banned.

Nothing anyone can do to change the outcome of the TOS appeal @5x26
