My MUT Rewards are not tracking on MUTRewards.com says I have zero packs opened, yet seen people on YouTube say that there's are. I also purchased EA Play and have not received anything from that either. Just confused. EA's Help and chat are bots and is no help at all.
Same and ea is a very very bad company. They will ignore the issue until they find the solution then they will admit there is an issue and advise of the fix. Worst company in the world and its not even close

I’ve played madden ultimate team since it’s inception into the game. I have always signed up for mut rewards and have receipts where I spent 100sof dollars last year on mut points in my emails but it doesn’t show my packs and or nor did I receive any mut rewards this year just wondering what happened
It's not even letting me sign up for it cuz the site is down how can I sign up for it tried the app and online both results are the same
