error and lost connection msg

Ultimate Team Rookie Revolution Challenges. I have completed First Impression and Proving Grounds; however, when I try to access Climbing the Ladder I can get to the next screen showing Backfield Vision, etc. if I click on that and click play solo I get a CONNECTION LOST notification "You have lost your connection to EA Servers. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to EA Servers." Takes me back to main screener, I click right trigger to log into EA servers and try again. This time I get ERROR "Your previous game is still being processed by the EA servers. Your estimated processing time is less than 1 minute. To refresh, please and enter the Event again." I ciick OK. If I try again I start back at where I began. 

Any advice? I've re-booted, re-started my router, confirmed my EA account is active and working. I can go into any other Challenges, or H2H or Solo and everything works fine. It is only this the last two sets of Rookie Premiere challenges causing this issue. 

I have been playing superstar mode on Madden 25 and I have constantly been getting this error message on the screen every single time. Please help!
