Feeling of gameplay is different after every new game at franchise mode

Hey guys, here is my actual problem. Why the feeling of gameplay is always different after every new game. I play franchise mode offline and the first game feels so amazing with the perfect mix of right speed of players and impacts. So it was a intensive game and win with 21:10 for me. At the next game I loose with 62:7 and nothing really work at this game. The passes go over my players, the hits feels bad and useless and the speed of the CPU players were so fast and CPU QB throw almost every ball to his pass receivers without no chance of block. 

Why one game feels so good and the next games feel like *. Can someone explain this bug to me for the franchise mode? 😒
