Anyone have any fix to this? Just started happening to me out of nowhere this week. Never had this issue before, and is driving me INSANE

It sounds like this might be related to player fatigue. If Progressive Fatigue and Auto Sub are both enabled the players with high fatigue might be automatically getting subbed with the backups.
You should be able to disable Progressive Fatigue and set all the sub sliders to 0 under Auto Sub in the Franchise settings. It might also be a good idea to set the Fatigue slider down to 0.
Note that you might not notice a difference for the next game if the players are already fatigued before you change these settings.
So now we basically can't have fatigue on because you guys don't wanna fix it? Everything was working just fine until that first patch came around then it started doing that. I know I never had a problem before with fatigue in the game but now because you guys don't want to fix it. In order for me to play I have to turn off fatigue? I don't know what else to say but it's unacceptable.
