Update: also happening in a new league with a change of ‘online’ rather than offline

it seems that many of you are not taking the time to investigate what is going on and would rather just complain. Yes EA could do a better job of giving detail around the progressive fatigue and how trainings are set-up this year vs prior years but additionally, the user could actually use the resources that are out to figure out what is going on.
In most of these cases it would appear that progressive fatigue is set to ON. Additionally, since training management was set to MANUAL this year instead of AUTO (or run by the CPU) then if you do not adjust your trainings you will over fatigue your starters. What this means is that you need to either change the setting OR each and every time you run training you check the fatigue levels of your players and decide if you are going STARTERS or BACKUPS and if you are going FULL PADS or UPPERS (though I believe EA calls this half pads). Adjusting the BUs & Pad level will improve fatigue levels.
