Franchise Save Files Missing

I loaded up Madden 24 tonight and despite it saying that franchise was my “last played” game mode (which it was), it says that I have zero saved files. All franchise saves are gone. Hoping this is just a server error and not EA deleting people’s saved files like they did last year….
