Franchise Start in Off-Season Option

This was one of the cooler aspects of HC09 that's been missing ever since. 

Instead of starting your first season of Franchise Mode in the pre-season, it would be great to start right at the beginning of the league year. It's how the new coach/GM cycle usually works in the NFL. Would be cool to see this come back.

Sure, in the usual mode you can spend that first season accumulating draft capital and manipulate yourself into the 1st pick in the upcoming draft... but that's no fun. 

For me, I don't feel like it's my "first" season until I've gone through the off-season cycle.
