Franchise update! (IR and Practice Squad!)

There should be a patch in a new update for Franchise. To make it more realistic there should be short term IR and be able to take off more than 2 per season! Also, practice squad! Just like real life should be able to put whoever on on the practice squad! Make some of these things like real life for our franchise!
