Future Franchise Mode Suggestions

I have been playing madden franchise mode since it began.  It honestly needs a complete overhaul.  

The Minor details count more than you think.

1.  As an owner 300 million is not enough to cover contract bonuses, weekly salaries, stadium upgrades. I would do away with this it causes too many good players to hit free agency that normally wouldn't.

2. When rebuilding a stadium the options are terrible and no individual creativity.  Madden 08 had a better create a stadium. we are talking 2-3 gen consoles ago. 

3. The momentum meter has way to much of an impact on the game.

4. Scouting is awful.  5 scouts for the whole nation is not enough.  I would like to see a scouting system like NHL 20.  More scouts and able to assign more than 1 scout to an area. Scouts expertise, judgement, efficiency  have grades similar to the NHL game. 

5. Draft prospects should be better. way too often the attributes don't match the position. A WR, TE, RB with a speed of 83 and acceleration of 87.

5. scheme fit should be adjusted so that OLB in a 3-4 scheme is more like a DE in a 4-3.  LB in 4-3 defense should reflect more of the traditional MLB, SLB, WLB.

6. the use of actual offensive coordinators and defensive coordinators. when hiring new coordinators they should not be built from scratch. Have the playbook actually match the scheme.
