Given no reason for a ban

My young son has emailed and received no legitimate response in regards to him being banned on Madden 24. I emailed and received absolutely no reply. This was over 2 weeks ago!!! I am beyond astounded that this company does business in this way - especially where so many children are concerned. They are basically stealing money from these kids and defaming them by accusing them of cheating. Trying to communicate with them and get any straight answers is a ridiculous circle. In reading the reasons that they ban players for cheating it is extremely obvious that my son could not have committed any of the offenses that constitute being banned. EA does not give any details or evidence about the allegations, and I have not been able to find a way to get any real answers as they have all the power and will not make it easy to communicate. No company should be allowed to take advantage of children like this . If there was a lawsuit, I would be first in line to sign up. Just despicable business practices.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
