I open the game to see that the new golden tickets “are now available in packs”. Spent over 30,000 madden points ($300), and over 10,000,000 training on packs trying to pull them, and was just told by the support team that they are “only available in the special promotional packs”. So all the money and training i had spent trying to pull these cards were for no reason due to the games false advertisement.
I really hope there will be make rights for this issue, considering people were rewarded a free current release golden ticket over a glitch on the 2,800 madden points bundle. I spent 30,000 madden points and 10,000,000 training on mystery packs on my Xbox account “JRamZ 02” so it’s going to take A LOT to make this right.
