Have not received beta code after M23 cloud issues

I was promised a madden 24 beta code after the madden 23 cloud franchise deletions, I received the email to confirm I would receive a code back in April, but to this point I still have not received one. And I tried to go through EA help but it kept referring me to the FAQ or whatever and they closed my case without ever contacting or assisting me.

    I have also not received any of the benefits from being involved in this issue. No beta code or 50% off in madden 24. Been waiting months for information on this.

    I'm in the same boat, I've tried contacting support and haven't gotten an answer yet and it's been almost 2 weeks since I first contacted support, still no beta vode

    Same here. I keep getting caught in the “Beta Code Tool” loop, but not getting any actual help with the issue.
