    Please also keep in mind: 

    • Support teams are not able to grant codes to accounts that did not sign up/register for the Closed Beta.
    • Registering for the Closed Beta does not guarantee you access. Please keep an eye on your email address in the event the Madden team will send out more invites.
    • If you did not receive an invite code/email we are unable to provide one upon request. 
    • Beware of phishing scams where individuals are offering Closed Beta codes for monetary exchange.

I recieved an email from EA because I lost multilple online leagues when the franchises crashed in madden 23. The email was inviting me into the Madden 24 beta. I still have not gotten my email with code and also cannot log into the closed beta forum

PLEASE HELP ME!

    Same here. I have yet to receive an email regarding the beta or 50% discount code for the game. When is this coming, EA?

    My league crashed (I was the commish) and I got the original email from EA referencing the play for half off Madden 24 and to look for an invite to the beta. I never heard from them again, however, members of my league did. I don’t get how much bafoonery can happen in one company…..

      I received 2 emails with info about getting the discount and access to the beta. Nothing since though.

        Never even got those. EA needs to explain. I also tried to contact on Twitter and they never even responded. They need to address this immediately to the masses.
