Healing and/or Trading/cutting Injured Players

EA please take note: Madden is a freaking game; it's not real life.  The fact a player is injured in the real world should not be forced upon us in the gaming world. 

Please, add a feature to Madden that allows us to either heal, trade, or cut and resign a player to another roster. 

Make this an on-off feature in the Game settings.  There is no reason this feature should not be available.  For gamers that want the gamers to mirror the real word, turn-off the injury heal function; for gamers that want to freely modify their rosters, whether in Franchise play or non-Franchise play, they can heal the player so they can trade, cut and resign the player to another roster.  That way you make everyone happy.
