Help! Game cant start

After the last update, i cant start the game from my 1st profile. Game say that my Trial is over. When i start the game from 2nd  profile and switch in game to the 1st profile., it works but only two days. 

Yesterday the game stopped loading on both profiles, so i cant play the game  

I delete the game and install it new.

First time all was perfect. Second time, game freezed when i want go in weekly Training.i restart and since i have the same problems. Game stopped loading, than i become a Error that EA servers are down and when i press okay, the game continue the stopp in loading screen. 

I play on xbox series x
