help with transferring items and levels over

I was told by an EA rep that this is the best way to get help since no one can help me, full story most feared tournament started on 9/16/23 as I was trying to crossplay my opponent for some reason my system was not working properly after talking to an EA rep they told me it was a bug in the system, I uninstalled the game and the reinstalled the game and then boom all my things are gone, I have been dealing with EA since that day and all I keep getting is no help I have spent way to much money on this game Madden 24 ultimate team to just say it's ok for all my stuff to be gone and there is nothing I can do about it I weny from an 87 overall with almost a mil in coins to a brand new player all over again

    @SlimHAVEK if you are on console, did you reinstall another version of the game then you play befor? for example current gen instead of old gen?

    I had preorder at the time and did not know it was a difference for the consoles until the most feared tournament was starting and I could not crossplay, is it possible to get my items back and Madden points along with progress

    but I'm playing on Xbox series and the the things I earned and purchased is not there
