The pre-order rewards are supposed to be available on both versions, but currently, there is an issue with receiving them on Series X/S. That is currently being investigated.
Sucks to learn this NOW. I am not even sure why the Xbox One version was downloaded to my Xbox Series X as I thought I bought the Xbox Series X version. I didn't even know there was a Xbox One version that can be installed on the Xbox Series X as that makes no sense. Oh well.. putting in a support ticket to get a refund on the game from Microsoft. Just terrible though as I bought all those Madden Ultimate points and was using it on the Xbox One version.
Community ManagerThe Xbox One version is playable on Series S/X through Dual Entitlement. The Series S/X version has a logo for the S/X console on the tile so you can more easily find it, but it seems that was missed in this case. In the future, make sure you always look for that logo to more easily tell these versions apart. Hopefully, you can qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, that can't go through us since the game was purchased through the Xbox store.
