I bought the deluxe edition for madden 24 and I don’t have my madden points

I bought madden 24 had ps5 version.  pre downloaded before drop start it exactly right at launch took me few hours to log in but when I get in all it gives me is 80 core elite pack no pre order bonuses. I figured I would play game bit bought mut points to open few packs it charged me but never received so I downloaded ps4 version just to check all my pre order went to ps4 version plus points I bought off ps5 30 mins prior. Any help with this?
