If your having trouble getting your pre order items for madden 24. Here is a fix that worked for me. Close game, go to settings then select users and accounts. Next go to other and click on restore licenses. Once it finishes, relaunch game, go to ultimate teams and you show see a reward screen with all your pre order items and madden points. Hope this helps.
It shows my points on the ps4 version (I don’t know why I have the pa5 for a reason) and they’re taking so long to get back to us!! Never again, first year pre-ordering and this is the outcome
