I can’t download the Madden 24 Xbox Series X/S version.

There is a small x in the bottom right corner and it says it’s not compatible with my device even though I’m using an Xbox Series S.

    Hi there, @brogamer84 

    Madden 24 is not available for download yet. You should be able to download shortly before the game releases.

it lets me enter the Xbox one version, but then says it hasn’t been released, and it says the x/s version isn’t compatible

    It sounds like you haven't pre-ordered. If you have, please open a case with an advisor here so they can investigate this. There could be an issue with your entitlements.

      Even if I didn’t pre-order it, I should be able to download the Xbox X/S version if I’m on Xbox S. It says that it’s not compatible with my xbox.

        You can't download without ordering the game.
