Thanks for the udpate, can we try the following if you have not?
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

None of these are working got any other ideas on what might be happening and how to fix it ?

The methods u mentioned didn’t work but it’s weird because I can’t see ultimate team on 2 of my ps5 accounts and I’m not banned on both accounts but I can see mut on a random account on my ps5 can u help me

Hey @wrizzroyce
Thanks for trying those steps out, to check what is the PSN ID your using?
Also to confirm do you own Madden 24 on that account, or do you game share from another account?
