I cant see the ultimate team tab

I can’t see the ultimate team tab on the lobby

Thanks for trying those steps out, to check what is the PSN ID your using?

Also to confirm do you own Madden 24 on that account, or do you game share from another account?

The psn ID’s I can’t see it on is Polycentral_292 and Royceband and I do own madden 24 on my console. Also on those two I can’t see it own but on another one on my ps5 I can see ultimate team so I think it’s a account problem I just don’t know what is it

    Hi @wrizzroyce, To confirm are both PSN accounts linked to seperate EA accounts?

      Yes psn accounts are linked to seperate ea accounts and the mut tab is still not appearing
