I got my refund

I just don’t understand how there’s no time table or update or anything on the situation. I know you’re job isn’t to fix anything but I’m sure you could go to some department head and explain that people are in turmoil and refunding the game and just an update would probably save ea ALOT of money that otherwise won’t be spent with them. I myself got a $100 refund. I assume that money is coming back out of EAs pocket. Even if not, I was going to spend money on madden points anyways. There’s a lot of people who will not do that, like myself, because there’s been no communication, update, or transparency. It’s cool you’re aware, it’s hard not to be with how often that issue is mentioned. But are you troubleshooting? Updating? Testing?
