I never got my RG3 pack

hello  I'm on ps5 and i never received my RG3 pack  i restart the game and dont get the pack  when i got to my unopen pack i have nothing  someone is able to help me ? thank you

Same goes for me here on the Series X version. Never received welcome pack, did all the challenges and nothing changed either. GT: ItsParker03
