[Investigating]Purchased Madden points went to last gen. instead of current gen.

I have only received 18500 out of 37000 points I have purchased. I have 16 hours on PS5 version 0 on PS4 version. Please transfer the rest of my points over to my account. PSN- joejonsam EA email...

@Jsink80 Check the xbox one version of the game, I bet your points are there just like the rest of us, idk how EA hasnt even said anything about this or given us updates on what they are going to do

I haven’t even downloaded the Xbox one version! I will do that and check I guess. I honestly don’t think they even care honestly!
