MADDEN 22, 23 AND 24 CRASHES IN FRANCHISE!!!

My platform is PlayStation 4 and Madden 24 was purchased from Amazon.  There have been what appears to be the same issue with Franchise mode in Madden games.  I have rebuilt the database, rebooted it, and updated it.  This is the third year in a row where the Franchise mode crashes during auto-save.  It also corrupts the locally saved files (both the normal file and the auto-save).  All progress is lost.  For the last two years, I was forced to purchase and utilize Sony cloud storage.  I refuse to spend more money to play Madden.  Considering how many complaints, are online for both PlayStation and X Box either EA Entertainment does not care or has the technical expertise to resolve the issue. It’s beyond my understanding how can an issue exist this long and not have a resolution.  I started my third franchise mode on Madden 24 because of the crashing issue, only to have happen again.  Franchise mode is why I bought Madden, but I can’t utilize it as advertised.  Why is so difficult to obtain assistance from EA?  I would like to reiterate that this is the third year in a row with the same issue.  I have lost faith that this will ever be resolved and since I cannot enjoy the game as advertised or intended I would like a refund.  I'm perplexed as to why EA hasn't addressed or answered the plethora of issues with Franchise mode. The only game that crashes on my system is Madden and it seems to be crashing across multiple platforms and scenarios.  I think we should ban together and EA with a class action.
