I have received the very same email from Electronic Arts as @Davz-SG.
i was impacted thru online franchise and I even have the 50%off make-good offers in my home menu on madden 23.
All my friends that had the same problem as me in the very same franchise league that crashed already received their madden 24 beta code but I havent.
Could you please help me out ? i can show you both emails I received.

You seem to be a helpful employee, so I'll give this avenue a try. I received the same exact email the original poster received. I've been back and forth with Ea help chat support and email support, with no resolutions. I keep being told they cannot create new beta codes, which is confusing given I'm seeing people get new ones all day today. Would it be possible to contact you via DM with whatever proof and information you may need to help me get this resolved. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience. @EA_Mako
@EA_Mako Checking to see if there is any way you could help with this. Same situation as the original poster. I've also now received an email saying the case was solved and closed, and yet I still have not received anything. Is there any chance you'd be able to assist with this situation at all. The regular support options seem to be on denial autopilot.
