Madden 24 CFM desync

Hello, we play Madden 24 Connected Franchise Mode

We are currently experiencing a serious issue with only 1 of the 32 user controlled teams. The said user (Tampa Bay Bucs) is unable to play the actual game in our CFM due to a desync every time they load in to play the game. He is able to access the league and sign, trade, draft and even practice but not able to play other users at all. 

We have already tried to boot him and re-invite him as well as booting him and trying other gamer tags including one of my own and nothing changes. 

This is highly frustrating for our league as we have all been together for quite some time now and only 1 of our long-standing members is unable to participate in actual gameplay. 

League name is Heavy 24 on Xbox X/S. Please please help!
