Can’t buy madden points just comes up with no points offers were found

Whenever I try to buy points the same message appears: 'Points purchasing error- No points offers were found. Please check back later.
I can' seem to find any help with this. I've logged out and back into my ea account on Madden 24, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted my console/internet multiple times and nothing has changed.

i spend 60 bucks on madden point didn't get anything been email then for 3 weeks getting no where they helpers are no help there site sucks and then don't have a number and its impossible to get a live chat i'm never buying another EA game the worsts customer service ever 3 week lost all my money for nothing i have spend 3 + hours a night trying to get my point got no way there set up is useless need a number or something is gross

Same here. I have tried restarting my console, and reinstalling the game nothing is working.

Buy a cheeseburger or literally anything else with your money. If you really want an experience that is similar to buying points in Madden, then withdraw some cash from the ATM, and burn it.

Im having the exact issue, along with one of my friends. Both of us are on XBOX ONE. Unable to purchase points from the in-game store. I also tried to buy points from the microsoft store, my payment went through and still no points in game.
I have also unistalled & re-installed the game, contacted EA help and have not found any resolution.
I dont even care about the points at this point, just refund me lol.

Im on XBOX ONE, I have been unable to buy points on MUT24 for about a week. Every time I attempt to make a point purchase I get this message, ""No points offers were found. Please check back later."
A friend of mine is also experiencing the same issue that started at the exact same time. We have both found no solution and have contacted EA help, who were not helpful, multiple times.
I then attempted to buy 2800 points from the actual Microsoft store, and still no points are appearing.
Just curious if anyone else has encountered this or a similar issue? & would also like for someone from EA to help at all.
