Madden 24 franchise mode question

I want to start a franchise with the packers starting after the chiefs won the super bowl, meaning the packers just lost in the NFC championship and it’s the start of their offseason. I want all the stats to be correct for all the players and the record to be correct and for their OVR to be what it is at the end of the season, Is there any way to do this? I’ve seen it in youtube videos and i’m wondering how they do it. Any help would be appreciated.
