So you're basically saying that for the people who got absolutely screwed my the game not be labeled properly are just out of all the money they spent? I also spent 250$ on the old gen game. Are you saying our content is literally forever stuck on a version of a game we don't want to or intend to play?

i think this has to be fixed because of two errors on EA part:
next gen not available at time of launch
no way to discern version of game
two clear mistakes that lead to problems for people
