Madden 24 Michael Vick Edition

I have bought Madden 24 Michael Vick edition. Got the game and add-on content in game. Never received email for NFL+ code. Talked with Microsoft an they send me to EA. Talk to EA and they either send me back to Microsoft or keep beating around the bush. Checked my EA account for the code. Wasn't there either. Have I been scammed? What's going on? Almost tempted to go report issue to the BBB.
