Thanks for taking a moment to reach out to the Madden NFL community on Answers HQ, and letting us know what you are seeing in Madden NFL 24.
When you have a moment we can try the following:
- Try Adjusting in-game settings based on your device specifications
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

A appreciate the repy and the suggestions. I tried them all in order and I still get the stuttering in my recordings. It's the only game that does this to me. I can even play and record other EA App games with no stuttering in my recordings. I just don't understand why M24 is the only game that reacts this way.

I just recorded a 30 min video of PGA Tour off the EA App and there was no stuttering or jittering at all. I also decided to record a show off netflix just to see what would happen. No stuttering or jittering in a 43 min recording. This makes me wonder if it just isn't Madden 24 since it's the only program that I record that I have this issue with.
I can hardly believe of all the Madden 24 on PC owners out there that someone isn't having the same issue? I understand that not everyone records their games but still, there has to be someone. Right? Please help!!!

Thanks for trying those steps, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Client:
- EA ID (Gamertag):
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
