Madden 24 Series X Point Transfer

Will Xbox members who purchased points on the Xbox one version instead of series x version during the initial period of release when neither version was labeled get their points transferred? I noticed ps4/5 users who had this same issue got their make right points yesterday. If it is being worked on I can be patient and wait but I would  just like communication if this will happen or if it was only provided for PlayStation users.
