Madden 24 severs down? Constant disconnections etc

It’s Friday 11/12/24 1AM central time I use PlayStation 4 & Since season 4 was released , I’ve been constantly getting disconnected. Now I’m not even able to connect at all. Other users experiencing...

I can get to the MUT page on my PS4 but cannot get anything to load. Not even Practice. Tried every suggested solution (unplugging console, starting on safe mode to rebuild database, uninstall/reinstall, generated best lineup), and I keep getting this error message. I contacted EA Help and all they told me to do was get in touch with the place I purchased the game from. I bought this game  directly from the PS Store!
