Madden 24 Superstar gear not saving for the game

I have 2 created players, one wideout and one Qb of course. On my wideout i changed the gameday gear to be a riddell axium and a schutt f7, dependent on home or away and I load into games and it work...

I kinda have the same issue when when I play a game I have full arm sleeves. I don't put them on but they just put it on me.
