We have addressed an issue for the sixth AKA Token not being rewarded from the AKA Challenges. For players who have completed the AKA Challenges before the fix, we will update this thread on when your sixth AKA Token will begin to roll out!
@NatureBoy2323 The missing AKA Token was available when I got on the game Monday mid-day. I was able to trade the 6 tokens for the final "Hero" I needed to complete the AKA Field Pass Objectives (for now).

A little late to the party, but I just wanted to mention this issue was fixed last week. If you were affected by this you should have received the missing AKA tokens a bit after this tweet went out from the Madden Direct channel:
