Madden 24 will not load

I just bought Madden 24.  Downloaded it. Now I try running it, and according to task manager nothing stops working, it starts to load, the anti cheat come up then goes away, then the large screen com...

I did as you asked.  It said it found problems and fixed them.  So I checked madden again for errors, then ran it.  Still the same problem, It runs till it brings up the full screen, in the upper left corner says madden 24 , that leaves then its just a large black screen then it just disapears and I am back at the load screen.

      Also having this issue... it's not contained to their PC.

      Tried 'App Recovery' inside the EA Desktop App - same problem.

      Tried repairing Madden 24 - same problem.

      It was working last night. Broken now.

        Hi @hLVE, If you've tried the steps above, would it be possible to get a dxdiag file?
