Madden black friday (Xbox USA)

I ordered the deluxe edition in madden, it said I would receive a extra 500 points and a $5 xbox gift card. Have received neither 24 hours after ordering.

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Madden 24. 

    To confirm for the $5 gift card, That portion will be handled by Microsoft. I would recommend first, checking your Xbox messages to see if they have sent you a notification about it. If not please reach out to their support for further assistance. 

    If you are missing the in-game 500 points, Restart your game and verify the points are still not showing. 

    If so, please reach out to our support with purchase information for further assistance.

After buying madden 24 for xbox series x/s I got 500 points, but never got a $5 gift card or code for $5 gift card.
