Madden Companion App only shows PC,PS5,Xbox Series X

I downloaded the Companion App today for Madden 2024 , with anticipation and to no prevail. I am not able to connect my PS4 Connected Franchise because I have no option for Madden on the PS4. I only ...

Hi @gods__machine7, To confirm have you launched and played games on the PS4 version of Madden 24?

Not working for Xbox one either. I only get option for PC and Xbox Series X.

      Hey Everyone, 

      I wanted to update this thread for anyone having an issue seeing their PS4/Xbox one games in the companion app. 

      We are looking into these reports. Once we have more news to share, we will follow up. Thanks for bearing with us while we are investigating this.

        I need help with the madden companion app it won’t let me load my account on my xbox one only the xs version but i deleted the xs version and stuck with classic
