After signing in with the EA account you are using!
I do that, but it doesn’t work. I believe that the app shows I’m on Xbox s/x, but my account is on Xbox one. I’m playing on Xbox s/x, but my account is with Xbox one
Same. Not working for Xbox 1. Only shows me Series X. Since there is no synching across versions, sucks the app is messed up too.

Are you going to edit the app to be synced with PS4 account also? You can only use it for PS5 currently
Same here. I'm on xbox one. Madden 23 companion ran fine enough before the switch over.
Now I get " oops, something went wrong" when I try to use the app.
Ditto! I’m PS4 user and shows me only PC and PS5 personas. Says “something went wrong” when I click Ultimate Team. Total BUMMER!!
