Hi- I would really like to use the companion app but it is giving me trouble. I know it’s been glitchy in the past, but I haven’t been able to load my binder or auctions or anything even one time.
I can login and choose my “persona”, but then it always says “oops, something went wrong”. That’s the only error message I ever get and always happens as soon as I finish logging in.
I'm wondering if this may have something to do with it: when it says to pick my persona it has my gamertag next to “PC” and “Xbox series X”, but I’m playing madden on Xbox one, and that isn’t an option. So I’ve tried both of the available persona options and neither of them is working for me.
Same problem I have had. Post #12 from EA says they are working on it but nothing has been fixed yet. Hopefully it will be soon. The game is much more difficult without it.
