First off, this company is a joke. I have been in multiple chats about not only this problem but now with the release of season two the loading times are ridiculous while navigating the menu in ultimate team to the point where it’s almost unplayable as well as objectives not synching properly. I have talked to well over 10+ representatives through the chat and I was either being transferred to someone else or simply being told to wait as they had “opened a case” for me to bring attention to my issues. I have now been entirely unable to talk in any chat whatsoever which made me have to use a different email to try and talk to anyone. I have also sent two separate emails and have only gotten one response saying that my message has been received. I’ve spent a decent amount of money to play a game that has nothing but issues and can’t receive any help or reassurance that actions are being taken. If this is supposed to be a make or break year for this game then we will most definitely be seeing a different company produce this game next year.
