Madden Companion App only shows PC,PS5,Xbox Series X

I have been trying to contact anyone with some sort of power or the ability to talk like a human being. Since the Madden 24 companion app has came out for IOS devices at the end of August I have yet to be able to use the app. I only own a Ps4 console yet in the app I am only given the option of either a Ps5 console or PC. I have spoken to countless advisors at this point to which I have either been pushed off to someone else or have been told the same bull. I have responded to countless forums and have received no replies whatsoever. It has been about 2 months that this app has been out and it’s now becoming unfair to current gen consoles. Both Ps4 and older Xbox users do not have access to the app. I spent 100$ on the collectors edition and I have experienced nothing but performance issues and aspects of the game that don’t work at all. I am sick of being pushed off by this companies advisors and not being given any updates. SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN. FIX YOUR GAME AND APP.

Update made to the app yesterday. Seems to be working for PS4 now!

Still not working for Xbox one. 

I stand to be corrected. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it works for Xbox one. Thank you
