CPU: INTEL 11700k

GPU: 3060 Ti

RAM: Corsair 32GB (4x8)

Windows Version: Windows 11 (10.0.22631.2199)

Graphics Settings: Mostly High/Auto, Shadows Medium/Low, FPS 120fps, Vsync on and off

Game Resolution: 2560x1440

Graphics settings didn't matter too much, but did help stuttering slightly. Nothing helped menu lag. I've tried most of the graphics option from lowest to highest, and use something in between for the best possible experience, but still get stutters on camera zooms on players with crowd in background, despite crowd being on "low" as well.
