Best Thing I found, Turn all settings to low, TURN OFF CROSS PLAY AND LOCK FRAMES AT 60 - STILL NOT 100% BUT AT LEAST IS TOLRABLE.

Guys, try to disable all audio devices, except the one you use. The other day I lost the sound of madden, I searched how to fix it and found that method, but what was my surprise when from that moment the game became much more stable, both fps and lag. I have also noticed that it becomes unplayable if I am in a discord call...

I hope this can help you until EA feels like doing something about it.
