I have been playing Madden for over 20 years on various systems. Madden 24 has been such a frustrating experience. While offline games are tolerable with some micro-stutters, Online H2H runs like garbage. The input delay sometimes can be as much as 3 seconds. How are we supposed to even complete a pass or make a field goal with that type of input delay? You keep blaming it on our PCs, when we have rigs that can run everything else. How do you expect to believe that Madden should be a harder game to run than Flight Simulator or Starfield? That makes no sense. You add all these features that no one cares about just to make a game that lags like crazy. We pay all this money for a game and EA doesn't have the decency to even reply to us since August? You can at least acknowledge the issues and say that you are working on some solution. Instead, you put out more advertisements and commercials about a game that is broken. I have been so loyal to Madden for 20 years. This year may do it for me as a customer, especially based on your lack of response. At this point, I hope y'all lose the NFL exclusive license. Madden has been all downhill since the PS4 era. We keep buying the game because we love football and keep hoping that EA will do the right thing. I am hoping that this post will get you to at least acknowledge the issues, but I doubt it will.

Exactly. Set some expectations. Acknowledge the issue and flat out tell us what the plan is. If you have no intention of fixing it - be honest about it. Ignoring core problems in any mode, but especially one that you sell levels and items for real life money, is perhaps quickest way to insult your customers.
Are you , EA corp ,worried about looking bad or being legally liable for something you post here - hire a liaison, someone like Crumpler jr, that is dedicated to interfacing with the team and community.
Issues like missing strat items, welcome packs etc, - items that ARE REQUIRED to progress and have access to all methods of advancement - should be an easy fix and at the bare minimum one of the highest priorities.
Pushing the item out to everyone, or putting it in the store for free, or 1 coin, ea making the item actionable from their account ( you guys create it after all) and posting copies in the auction house that become BND when bought. Or make it a trade option for a silver player.
That would help prevent such things in the future. Have a plan for how to address this sort of issue before it is rolled out.
There is the related, but seperate issue of providing the players the progression and ALL available rewards that they could have had a chance to get. This would buy a massive amount of leeway with these issues. As it stands we feel like we are paying for access to the game and its content - which all has timeframe / deadlines, and are missing out on a fair portion of it, not to mention being held back due to the xp and items that we are unable to work towards. It is sort of a double gut punch. Not just being without the item and game modes etc, but curtailing our path to advancement.
Maybe it is not an issue right now, but loyal customers are something that most any business wants to have. It is far easier to attract players to other products you publish/create etc, if they have a good relationship with you. Much easier to attract first time customers and work on keeping them than it is to try and get them back once their patience has hit its limit. The way it stands right now the NFL exclusive rights, the passion football fans have for the sport, and the ENOURMOUS investment and time it would take for a competitor to build something like this ( even if the nflpa was free to them ) seems to be a large reason why people put up with this. It would prob stun you how much you are leaving on the table. It feels like you treat the franchise as successful if it makes massive revenue each year and while always increasing the profit margin. It is a position many would envy. Yet I think there is a far greater audience out there than you are capturing. From pop warner to, middle and high school. Then college and the NFL. It is a massive audience. Once somebody falls in love with football it is pretty much a lifelong passion.
Of course I don't mean to imply that the dev team has not contributed immensely to the success. I know they work ridiculous hours and have to work with one of the hardest game engines there is. I think communication and resources are the most glaring issues.
We have not given up on you. Don't give up on the community.

I still can't believe even for EA that there has been no answer....even a lie would be nice at this point, hard not to give up all together.
