Well, as the account I am posting from shows, I am a 'Newbie,' which is great, because that indicates I have never had a use for this site before now. I have been playing Madden since Madden 15. However, I have never been so perplexed, led around, and thrown into a seemingly useless cycle of help from Community Managers, EA Help Cases, and an update from over a month ago (MaddenNFLDirect). Maybe it's because I'm labeled as a 'Newbie,' but I've tried using the DM option with multiple Community Managers with no success. I've been actively trying to resolve this issue since launch day, much like the other 300+ posts under the Madden 24 NFL Deluxe Edition Pre-Order Update.
The so-called "Accepted Solution" (however accepted it may be) is that a wave of rewards was sent out on September 6th, 2023. We were told to be patient and on the lookout for more waves later. But when is 'later'? It has been a month since the last update.
Look, I'm a realist. I'm aware that this issue will most likely be ignored and never resolved, just like many other players. I did eventually receive all my pre-order rewards except for my points, which are the most important. At this point, I simply want to see clear and transparent communication. Let's see if I get an answer or if this post becomes a monthly tradition until the next Madden release.
