Madden rewards

Explain how madden rewards work. I have opened over 6000 packs and done alot of challenges for about 5 months solid. But i havent received anything for it.

Created Players Madden 24
my Created players are not saving the edits I make to their physique. My DTs have skinny little arms and not belly. EVERYTIME I got to edit it, it just reverts back to the default
